The ‚LEAP‘ event is primarily intended for close exchange and learning from each other. Accordingly, we attach great importance to inviting a select number of national and international coaches to Cologne every year, who, as absolute experts, are to provide the basis for dialogue and discussion in their workshops.
This year we are therefore pleased to introduce the following guests:

Silke Sollfrank (Berlin, GER/@silky.zigzag)
Silke has been one of the most famous athletes in the parkour world for several years; and rightly so! Diverse as well as strong movement, inspiration without end and always a contagious smile on the lips! This way she stormed not only the advertising, film and TV world, but also the social media in no time.
In addition to all the big stages, however, Silke is still involved as a trainer at events to share her wealth of experience with others. For example, at Leap!
Here, she will teach adult workshops:
MISTAKES AS MILESTONES
„My workshop is about dealing with mistakes better and making something beautiful out of them. Be it in the form of experience or even new creative movements that you would have not discovered without the mistake.“
Luis Alkmim (Lisbon, POR/@luisalkmim)
Luis entered the parkour universe in 2006 and since then, it’s been the main drive of his life.
Over the years, he was fortunate to have worked as a competition athlete, in social media campaigns, as a model, actor and performer in different media outlets, stuntman on Hollywood and Bollywood blockbusters, coach, event organizer, competition MC, writer, vlogger and podcast host.
He says: „I’m super stoked to be part of Leap 2023, where I look forward to sharing and learning from other Parkour lovers, and have a great time.“
Luis will therefore bring his year-long experience to the table and offer a the following workshop:
Longevity & Method in Parkour: Training for today and tomorrow
„In my workshop, we will have a small talk about long-term thinking in training and I will share with you my experiences and stories about what has helped me to stay active and almost always injury-free for many years. We will talk about training methods, motivation and the „parkourist-muggle“-life balance. The training will be focused on fun, staying motivated with challenging yourself and a proper armour building session.“

Lea Kuttkat (Munich, GER/@pk_tikat)
Lea is from Munich and has been training parkour since 2014, of which she has also been active as a trainer for 8 years.
Besides training and many parkour trips, she studied sports science with a focus on sports biology and psychology. Currently she is attending university again to learn landscape architecture. In the course of this she is working on parkour parks and spot design.
So Lea will bring you an exciting mix of sports expertise as well as background in architecture and design in her workshop!
How does a spot interact with me?
„What makes a spot a spot? What makes a spot a good or bad spot? In what way is our training influenced (subconsciously) by our environment and architecture? And how can I break out of this pattern?
This workshop is a spot tour outside the comfort zone for new creative ideas in training.“
.
Philipp Holzmüller (Cologne, GER/@holzelster)
More than 13 years of experience as a parkour athlete and coach make Philipp one of the more experienced traceurs. Additionally studied in sports and movement education as well as with a masters degree in sports psychology, you can expect the concentrated load of (well-founded) expertise with him.
Of course, though, fun, challenge and joy of movement never fall by the wayside!
He will offer an additional workshop, complementing the program of our (inter)national guests!
The Flash
„Parkour training is often very technical and calculated. However, our subconscious rarely draws knowledge from plans and thoughts, but rather from practical experiences and emotions. So the more diverse experiences we have, the more self-confidence and automation comes into our movement.
This workshop is therefore intended to gather such experiences and also to present methods of training one’s subconscious ability to (re)act.“

Giulio Hesse (Cologne, GER/@giulio_moves)
Giulio’s adventure journey with parkour started 13 years ago. With over 10 years of coaching experience and background in sports science, he has guided many people in training. He is co-founder of Parkour Movement e.V. and teaches parkour at the German Sport University.
His workshops are full of joy in diverse movements, playful, creative and challenging at the same time.
He too will offer an additional workshop, complementing the program of our (inter)national guests!
Parkour Playfully
„‚Alone in the jump, but connected through play!‘
In this workshop we would like to explore various possibilities to playfully train parkour in pairs and as a group. It’s about cooperation, mutual inspiration and challenging each other through play. Well-known games like Floor is lava, Follow The Leader or Add-On will be varied and new game concepts will be tried out.
What options are there for training when there are two of you? What goals can you achieve as a team or group that are almost impossible to achieve alone? Find out!“
Adrian Grothe (Essen, GER/@rawdrian)
Adrian has been climbing architecture and the forest since 2013. He loves the many perspectives that there are to discover and has great joy in showing people the parkour vision.
By the way, he also loves to play guitar and sing for his life, which is why he also organizes a music jam and a small concert for you on saturday night of JAM!
At the LEAP event Adrian will be responsible for the kids workshop in german language!
